Nakhly is a University graduate in Civil Engineering (BE Civil, UNSW) with over 11 years of experience in the civil and building construction industry. After graduating from university, he was employed by Baulderstone-Hornibrook, a Tier 1 Construction company, where he progressed from a Site Engineer to a Project Engineer, working closely on projects such as Macquarie University Private Hospital & Clinic, Botany Amcor Paper Recycling Facility and The UOW Innovation Campus at Fairy Meadow. After leaving the Building Construction division, he worked for a well-established Civil Contractor for almost 5 years as a Senior Project Manager, where his duties included operations scheduling & management, business development, client relations and management of intricate and detailed projects.
Being one of the founders of Civeco, Nakhly now brings his widespread experience and expertise in the industry to the company, where he handles operations, Project Management and site supervision.
Habib Saab is also a University Graduate in Civil Engineering, graduating from UTS in Sydney. With almost 15 years of widespread experience in the building and civil construction industry, Habib has delved into many dimensions of the field which has aided in developing an extensive knowledge base in many areas. Working for Hurstville Council for almost 3.5 years in Civil Operations, and Rockdale Council for over a year as a member of the Traffic Engineering division, he is well-versed in the expectations and requirements of Local Government in NSW when it comes to the engagement of contractors and successful completion of civil services.
Having also worked in residential construction/development for a large portion of his career, he has developed a high level of managerial proficiency as well as establishing an infinite network of contacts in various facets of the industry. At Civeco, his responsibilities include operations management, project management and site supervision.
Bechara is another UTS graduate in Civil Engineering. He worked at Baulderstone-Hornibrook as an undergraduate, and then Graduate Engineer, in their Civil division. He also spent some of this time in head office, focusing his efforts on tendering and development of the company’s management system and operations. After leaving Baulderstone, he spent the following six years working at a Sydney-based specialty civil company where his roles included business development, project tendering, and project management in niche civil fields such as hydro-blasting, concrete repair and oil refinery maintenance. He also has extensive experience in ground stabilisation and shot-creting.
His specific roles at Civeco include, but are not limited to, project tendering & delivery and business development.
Ali is not only an honours graduate in Civil Engineering from UNSW, but spent many years (and still occasionally does currently) as a University lecturer in Concrete Structural Design at the very same institution. He is well experienced in the design of concrete slabs, retaining walls and building structures. At Civeco, he is responsible for the design and certification of our major D&C projects as well as quality control.
Rachelle has a University Degree in HR Management (UTS) and years of experience in similar roles. Her experience in the retail industry has also helped develop her PR skills and understanding of management structure. Her responsibilities at Civeco include administration management, document control, payroll and accounting.
